Nutritionals facts of mango:-

Mango is very low in Saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium. It is an excellent source of vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B6, potassium, iron, cooper, selenium and magnesium.

Mango has anti cancer properties which are very effective to prevent colon, prostate and breast cancer. The enzymes in mango promotes digestion in our body. Mango also loaded with dietary fiber which is an important element for improving digestion and treats constipation.

Ingredients:-

No bake tart crust:-

Digestive biscuits: 400 grams

Butter: 250 grams melted

Cinamon powder: 1 tablespoon

Cardamom powder: 1/2 tablespoon

Prepare filling:-

Cream cheese: 100 grams

Mango puree: 1/3 cup

Peeled mango: 1

Ice cubes as required

Sugar powder: 1/4 cup

Cream: 240 milliliters

Method to make:-

No-bake tart crust:-

• Take a chopper, add digestive biscuits in it, and chop well.

• Then add melted butter to it and chop it. After that, add cardamom powder, cinnamon powder and chop until well combined.

• Now transfer mixture to 8″ inch silicon pan, press firmly down into the base to create an even layer and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.

Prepare to fill:-

• In a bowl, add cream cheese and beat with the help of a beater until fluffy.

• Add mango puree, beat again and set aside.

• Take a large bowl, add ice cubes, and place another bowl over it; add cream, powdered sugar, and beat until soft peaks form.

• Now add mango puree mixture and beat until well combined.

• Pour prepared mixture in a tart shell, spread evenly and refrigerate for 2 hours.

• Cut thin slices of peeled mango and arrange mango slices on the top.

• Cut into desired pieces and serve with tea.
